CMS Varanasi Hiring

Job Title: ATM / RCM / Vault Custodian

Location: Varanasi (Multiple Branches)

Company: CMS Info Systems Ltd.

Employment Type: On-roll (with PF, ESIC & ₹10 Lakh Suraksha Plan)

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹13,500 per month

• In-hand Salary: ₹10,700

• Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 (confirmed range)

• Sunday Working Allowance: ₹200 per Sunday (2 mandatory Sundays/month for FLM calls)

• Annual Bonus & Increment: Applicable as per company policy

• Insurance Coverage: ₹10 Lakh Suraksha Plan

• Statutory Benefits: PF, ESIC included

Work Schedule:

• Reporting/Route Start Time: Between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Work Duration: 9–10 hours/day (field operations)

• 2 Sundays/month mandatory for FLM (First Level Maintenance) calls

• Daily Coverage: 15–20 ATMs per assigned route

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be willing to travel extensively in cash vans across assigned routes.

• Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and be comfortable with travel-based work.

• CIBIL Score: Nil or 600+

• Background: No criminal record (to be verified at on boarding).
