ATM Cash Loader

We are looking for a ATM Cash Loader to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Loading and Replenishment

• Load cash into ATMs according to scheduled routes and requirements.

• Replenish cash when ATM balances fall below required levels.

• Verify cash amounts before and after loading.

Security and Compliance

• Follow strict security procedures while transporting and loading cash.

• Maintain confidentiality of ATM access codes, keys, and security protocols.

• Adhere to company policies, banking regulations, and cash-handling standards.

ATM Maintenance Checks

• Check ATM status during visits and identify basic operational issues.

• Replace receipt paper, journals, or other consumables if required.

• Report technical faults, damage, or suspicious activity to the relevant team.

Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of cash loaded, cash removed, and ATM balances.

• Complete reconciliation reports and required documentation.

• Ensure all transactions are properly documented and signed.

Cash Reconciliation

• Count and verify cash carefully to prevent shortages or discrepancies.

• Investigate and report any cash differences immediately.

• Assist with audits and compliance checks.

Customer Service and Coordination

• Coordinate with cash management teams, banks, and ATM service providers.

• Respond to urgent requests for cash replenishment.

• Escalate issues affecting ATM availability.

Skills Required

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
