Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and support agency partners to achieve insurance sales targets.
Drive business development through agency channel for insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and stakeholders.
Ensure timely onboarding, training, and engagement of agency partners.
Achieve assigned KPIs related to revenue, productivity, and compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance norms.
Prepare and maintain reports related to sales performance and agency activities.
Preferred Experience:
Mandatory agency experience
Prior exposure to the insurance sector is essential
