Job Description

1. It is a team Handling role. Building Agency Partners through your own references.

2. Your Partners Will Build team of life advisors/ Agents.

3. Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales

4.This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY (upto 5.00 LPA)+ INCENTIVES.

5. Partners get commission on their sales.

6. If your Performance is good you will get FastTrack promotion + Incentives+ manager role.

7. On role job.

8. Company will provide 1 month fully paid training.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:-

Age should be between 24 to 45.

Minimum Graduate.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in any field sales.

Candidates with experience in Life Insurance will be given preference.

Should be local candidate who knows the market properly.
