Associate Agency Development Manager

We are looking for a Associate Development manager to join our team axis max life insurance. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

An Associate Development Manager in Field Sales is a leadership role focused on building and managing a team of field sales professionals, driving sales targets, and implementing sales strategies to achieve market penetration. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives, evaluating their performance, and providing ongoing support to foster growth and achieve company objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, market knowledge, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and motivate the sales team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new field sales representatives. 

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to the sales team. 

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual sales representatives. 

  • Identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the team. 

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve sales targets. 

  • Work with senior management to identify growth opportunities and improve sales operations. 

  • Conduct market research and provide insights to refine sales strategies and offerings. 

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales performance data to ensure alignment with business goals. 

  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

  • Provide regular performance feedback and reports to senior leadership. 

• Relationship Building:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. 

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification is graduate and 1 year experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
