Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment & Activation
Develop multiple sources for agent hiring, build pipelines, and implement structured hiring mechanisms including the 9-pointer system and GOLD process
Agent Development & Performance Enablement
Deliver product training and field demonstrations (FODs). Mentor agents in developing strong prospecting, calling, and work habits. Collaborate in goal-planning, identify training needs, and liaise with trainers for ongoing development
Business Targets & Metrics
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Drive agent productivity and persistency through performance measures (e.g., PRP/IID/GID). Ensure optimal product mix and adherence to company norms
Customer Centricity
Act as a proactive brand ambassador. Conduct regular customer meets to gauge needs and ensure top-tier resolution of customer queries following company standards
