Associate Agency Development Manager

We are looking for a Agent development manager to join our team axis max life insurance. An Associate Development Manager (ADM) in Field Sales supports senior managers by leading and mentoring field sales teams to achieve sales targets and market expansion. Key responsibilities include market research, strategy implementation, agent recruitment and training, performance monitoring, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and meet goals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy:

  Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective field sales strategies. 

• Field Team Management:

  Recruit, train, and develop field sales executives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and performance. 

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify market trends, and address areas for improvement to achieve targets. 

• Market Research:

  Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and gain market insights. 

• Relationship Building:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with field sales teams, clients, and other key partners to foster loyalty and drive business. 

• Target Achievement:

  Assist in setting sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them, ensuring timely project delivery and revenue growth. 

• Compliance:

  Ensure field sales teams comply with company policies and standards in their daily operations. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: graduation. 

• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in field sales.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a sales team. 

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
