We are looking for a Associate Agency Development Manager - Life insurance to join our team at Unisys Hr Services India Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents in the field.

• Drive sales through advisors by helping them generate leads and close insurance sales.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products through field activities.

• Conduct field visits, joint calls, and on-ground sales activities with advisors.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.

• Ensure advisors are compliant with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.

• Motivate, monitor, and review the performance of advisors regularly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
