Associate Agency Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Agency Business Partner in the ABP Channel. The role is focused on building and managing a team of Team Leaders and Advisors to drive business growth in the insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop a team of Team Leaders

• Guide Team Leaders in hiring and managing Life Insurance Advisors

• Drive business through effective team building and field support

• Monitor and review team performance against sales targets

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IRDAI guidelines

• Conduct regular joint field visits and provide ongoing training

Qualification:

• Minimum 2+ years in the BFSI sector Or minimum 1 year in Life Insurance (Agency/Direct/Banca)

• Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

• Age Criteria: 25 to 45 Years

• CTC: 6.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives
