Job Description
We are hiring an Associate Agency Development Manager / Agency Development Manager for the Agency Channel. This is a full-time field sales role involving agent recruitment, training, and business generation through on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors
Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
Conduct joint field visits with agents
Drive business through the agency channel
Monitor agent productivity and performance
Build strong relationships with agents
Ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain daily and weekly activity reports
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in Field Sales (Insurance / BFSI preferred)
Experience in agency channel is an added advantage
Comfortable with extensive field work
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented mindset
Two-wheeler preferred
