Job Description

Sales Leadership & Target Achievement

Drive assigned targets for acquiring Fixed Deposits and selling insurance

products both life & general

Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency

targets

Own and deliver location-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and

activation• Team Management

Lead, coach and mentor team of Business Associates
Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill

development of the business associates

Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing

market and product updates

Set goals, review performance of BAs
Channel Development
Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through Agency Model

as well as direct sales

Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with

channel heads• Agency Channel Development

Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors
Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and

rewards

Promote a performance-based culture with strong career progression
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational and company policies
Market Intelligence
Gather and analyse competitive insights and market trends to drive regional

strategies

Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies
