Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and mentor Insurance Advisors.
Generate business through personal sales as well as advisor activation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Conduct sales presentations and client meetings.
Achieve monthly recruitment, activation, and business targets.
Train, motivate, and support advisors to improve their performance.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and follow-up activities using digital tools.

Job Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1–6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Retail, Telecom, or Business Development preferred.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge and smartphone proficiency.
Ability to recruit, lead, and motivate a team is an added advantage.
