Position: Associate Recruitment Development Manager (ARDM)

Company: Leading Life Insurance Company.

Location's: Ajmer, Alwar, Bahadurgarh, Bhillai, Bhopal, Delhi, Gaziabad, Gorakhpur, Gwalior, Guwahati, Jalandhar, Jalgaon, Johrat, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Mathura, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Sangli & Udaipur.

Salary: Between ₹2.75 LPA – ₹4 LPA (based on experience & interview performance) + Unlimited Incentives + Domestic and Foreign Trips + Other Benefits.

Candidate Criteria:

1. Minimum Graduate with decent communication.
2. Candidates with minimum 1year of any field sales experience preferred.
3. Experience in customer facing roles in any industry.
4. Should have minimum 1 year of work experience in the job preferred location.
5. Good cibil mandatory.
6. Age: 24 years – 39 years.

Job Description:

1. The ARDM identifies & manages these Financial Consultants (also known as Life Insurance Agents Partners) and make them selling life insurance.
2. The channel works on Financial Consultants network model who generate leads for life insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify & recruit right quality advisors to build a strong advisor base.
2. Provide assistance to advisors in lead generation, prospecting and business development.
3. Ensure that advisors provide right financial solutions to customers as per need analysis and they adhere to required business processes and norms.
4. Achieve the business target each month for generating new business and advisor recruitment
