Who Can Apply?

Graduation Mandatory.
Minimum 1 Year Experience in Any Field Sales or Customer-Facing Roles in Any Industry Mandatory.

Role Overview:

You will recruit, train, and manage Financial Consultants (Life Insurance Advisors) and help them grow their business through lead generation and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & recruit right quality advisors and build a strong advisors team.
Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting and business development.
Ensure that advisors provide need-based financial solutions for customers.
Achieve monthly business & recruitment targets.
