Job Description

Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve business goals. This role involves identifying new agent candidates, providing product knowledge and sales training, and working closely with agents to plan and review their activities. Ultimately, the AADM contributes to the overall sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of an AADM:

Agent Recruitment:

Developing various sources for agent hiring and building a team of agents.

Agent Training and Development:

Ensuring agents have adequate product knowledge and providing ongoing training, including field demonstrations (FODs).

Sales and Business Development:

Working with agents on planning and reviewing their activities and goals, ensuring they meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.

Customer Relationship Management:

Holding customer meetings to understand their needs, ensuring customer queries are addressed satisfactorily, and promoting customer loyalty.

Product Mix and Adherence to Business Norms:

Ensuring the team achieves the desired product mix sales ratio and adheres to company guidelines.

Performance Management:

Monitoring agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and working with agents to enhance their productivity and persistency.
