Associate Agency Development Manager

• To recruit and develop Financial Advisor (FA) resulting in generation of new business and renewal of existing business.

• Key Responsibilities -

• To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team of FAs

• To drive productivity of the new and vintage agents

• To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the FA

• To coach and mentor FAs in providing need based solutions for customers

• To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents

• To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
