We are looking for a Agency Development Manager to join our leading insurance companies.

The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads,

and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities -

To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team of FAs

To drive productivity of the new and vintage agents

To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the FA

To coach and mentor FAs in providing need based solutions for customers

To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents

To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.
