Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Insurance Agency Manager to lead and grow our insurance Advisors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent leadership skills, and experience in client relationship management and Advisor relationship management

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets

Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch targets

Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Identify training needs and conduct skill development sessions

Manage customer relationships and resolve client issues

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Promote various insurance products including life, health, and general insurance

Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to support clients effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Proven experience in insurance sales or agency management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, CRM software)

Knowledge of insurance products (Life)

Preferred:

Experience in cross-selling financial products like mutual funds, loans, etc.
