Position: Associate Recruitment Development Manager (Tied Channel)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard quality advisors by promoting the long-term career

opportunity in insurance sales.

• Ensure that advisors are adequately trained on products, compliance, and sales

techniques.

• Monitor and support advisor performance, especially focusing on fast-track and average

performers.

• Motivate and retain performing advisors by offering performance-driven mentorship

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (minimum)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Pharma/FMCG/BFSI preferred)

• Location: Candidate must reside within 15 km of the branch

• Age: 24-39 years
