💰 CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month

🎓 QUALIFICATION

Graduation preferred

12th Pass candidates can also apply if they are:

📌 JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Agent Recruitment – PRIME RESPONSIBILITY

Identify, approach, recruit and develop Insurance Advisors / Agents for the company's Agency channel.

2. Agent Development

Build strong relationships with recruited agents and support them in generating business.

3. Field Sales

Conduct regular sales calls, market visits and customer meetings in the assigned territory.

4. Business Generation

Support agents in selling the company's insurance products and generating new business.

5. Target Achievement

Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets.

6. Team & Market Development

Develop the agency network and expand business through agent recruitment, activation and productivity.
