We're actively seeking talented individuals for the roles of Agency Development Manager (ADM) and Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) to join our team at Max Life Insurance!

This is a PAN India search, but we are specifically looking for candidates who are local residents of Metro Cities only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit quality advisors to build a strong advisor base.

• Train advisors on products, sales techniques, and business processes.

• Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.

• Ensure advisors deliver need-based financial solutions and adhere to compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM):

Education: Must be a graduate (12th + 3-year valid diploma also acceptable).

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of field sales experience in industries like Telecom, Life Insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, or Real Estate.

Agency Development Manager (ADM):

Experience: Prior experience in Life Insurance / BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) is mandatory in Field Sales

General Requirements for both roles:

Age: Between 25 to 40 years.

Mobility: Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Compensation:

CTC: ₹3.2 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA
