Job Title: Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)

Job Description:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.

Build and maintain relationships with advisors.

Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.

Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition.

Monitor advisor performance and provide regular feedback.

Ensure achievement of sales and business objectives.

Maintain reports and ensure process compliance.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales experience is preferred.

Willingness to work in field sales and travel locally.

CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance).
