Post : AADM - Associate Agency Development Manager( Agency Channel ).

Job Roles -

- Need to recruit the Team members of Insurance Advisor and develop the Quality Advisor by providing them training.

- Field work

- Need to handle a team of Insurance advisors.

- Need to guide/train Insurance advisors.

- Need to motivate the insurance advisor to achieve buisness targets and also generate the leads.

-Manage and develop the Channel network to promote insurance
