Job Role: Associate Agency Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
Train and motivate agents to achieve business targets
Drive sales through agency channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Support agents in client acquisition and policy sales

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (any stream)

Experienced candidates can apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented mindset

Two wheeler is mandatory

Experience: 1 to 4 years (Sales/Insurance experience preferred)

CTC: 2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA + Incentives
