Associate Agency Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Agent recruitment and development:

  Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agents to build a strong sales network. 

• Sales and performance management:

  Setting sales targets for the agency team and monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve productivity. 

• Relationship management:

  Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 

• Training and support:

  Providing training to agents on product knowledge, selling skills, and regulatory compliance. Offering field support and assistance with client meetings. 

• Market and compliance:

  Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. Ensuring all sales activities and reporting adhere to company and regulatory standards. 

Key skills and qualifications

• Experience in the life insurance industry, preferably with a background in agency channel sales or field sales.

• Strong sales and business development skills.

• Excellent leadership, recruitment, and team management abilities.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the insurance market, products, and regulatory environment
