Associate Agency Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Activation

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Life Insurance Agents (LIC Advisors, freelancers, business partners).

• Ensure timely licensing, training, and certification of the recruited advisors.

• Achieve activation targets by ensuring advisors start business within timeline.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales of life insurance products through the advisor team.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets (FYP, case count, activation).

• Conduct market mapping and identify potential business opportunities.

3. Training & Development

• Provide regular training, product knowledge sessions, and sales support to advisors.

• Ensure continuous development of advisors to improve productivity and performance.

• Guide advisors on sales techniques, customer handling, and compliance.

4. Team Management

• Build a strong and productive advisor base.

• Monitor daily activities, performance, and sales funnel of advisors.

• Motivate and support the team to achieve business goals.

5. Customer Relationship Management

• Support advisors in providing need-based solutions to customers.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

• Maintain compliance and documentation as per IRDAI guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

• MBA preferred but not compulsory.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Broking, or Retail.

• Experience in life insurance or agency recruitment is an added advantage.
