
Identify, recruit, and onboard Life Insurance Agents (LIC Advisors, freelancers, business partners).
Ensure timely licensing, training, and certification of the recruited advisors.
Achieve activation targets by ensuring advisors start business within timeline.
Drive sales of life insurance products through the advisor team.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets (FYP, case count, activation).
Conduct market mapping and identify potential business opportunities.
Provide regular training, product knowledge sessions, and sales support to advisors.
Ensure continuous development of advisors to improve productivity and performance.
Guide advisors on sales techniques, customer handling, and compliance.
Build a strong and productive advisor base.
Monitor daily activities, performance, and sales funnel of advisors.
Motivate and support the team to achieve business goals.
Support advisors in providing need-based solutions to customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
Maintain compliance and documentation as per IRDAI guidelines.
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
MBA preferred but not compulsory.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Broking, or Retail.
Experience in life insurance or agency recruitment is an added advantage.
