Job Purpose :
To develop and manage a strong network of Life Insurance Advisors/Agents, drive business through the Agency Channel, achieve assigned sales targets, and ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruit, onboard, and develop quality Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Activate advisors and drive consistent business productivity.
Generate Life Insurance business through the agency network.
Achieve assigned premium, policy, and business targets.
Conduct joint field calls and provide regular guidance to advisors.
Train and motivate advisors on products, sales processes, and market opportunities.
Build strong relationships with advisors to ensure long-term retention.
Monitor advisor performance and implement action plans to improve productivity.
Conduct advisor engagement, recognition, and motivation activities.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Provide proper pre-sales and post-sales support to advisors and customers.
