Assistant Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advisor/Agent Sourcing & Enablement:
Responsible for attracting and onboarding new advisors/agents, conducting structured induction programs, and nurturing a high-performance team culture to drive swift business growth. Adherence to operational standards and compliance protocols is vital.

Field Activities:

• Identify and engage part-time professionals to operate as advisors/agents.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings, including in-person assessments.

Team Guidance & Growth:

• Support and mentor team members in lead generation via digital platforms, word-of-mouth referrals, social networking, and industry contacts. Assist in turning leads into successful client relationships.

• Stimulate company expansion through organized group campaigns and team collaborations.

• Offer customized financial guidance tailored to individual client needs and long-term objectives.
