Key Responsibilities
Client & Sales Support:
Assist in managing client relationships, provide property consultations to potential buyers, and facilitate property showings.
Market & Strategy:
Conduct market research to understand trends, assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, and help achieve sales targets.
Sales Process:
Help with generating leads, preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, including the coordination of marketing initiatives.
Negotiation & Transactions:
Support the presentation of purchase offers, negotiate sales terms, and appraise property values based on market analysis.
Team & Management:
Collaborate with the sales team, provide training and coaching, maintain a positive work environment, and support the Sales Manager in achieving organizational goals.
Client Satisfaction:
Address customer issues, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
