Distributor Sell-Thru Management:
· Monitor and drive sell-thru performance across designated districts.
· Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
· Develop and implement strategies to optimize product movement and ensure inventory sufficiency.
Distributor Team Handling:
· Manage and guide distributor teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
· Conduct regular meetings to align on goals, performance metrics, and initiatives.
· Provide training and support to enhance the efficiency and motivation of the team.
Sub-Dealer Activations:
· Identify and on-board potential sub-dealers in the territory.
· Plan and execute activation campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
· Establish and nurture relationships with sub-dealers to ensure sustained partnerships.
Sales and Market Analysis:
· Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
· Provide actionable insights to the management team for strategy refinement.
· Prepare periodic sales reports to track progress against targets.
