Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager specializing in poultry equipment to support sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand market presence. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to generate leads, visit poultry farms, provide technical solutions, and manage dealer and distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the poultry equipment industry.

· Generate leads through field visits, customer references, dealer networks, and market research.

· Visit poultry farms and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable equipment solutions.

· Present and promote poultry equipment, including automated feeding systems, drinking systems, climate control, and ventilation systems.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, poultry farm owners, dealers, and distributors.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales enquiries.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

· Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and regular updates on sales performance.

· Support the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Agriculture / Veterinary preferred)
