Assistant Sales Manager

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.

• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience• in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, paint, wallcare, or related industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage sales targets and work independently.

• Must own a bike.

• Valid driving license is mandatory.

• Must have a smartphone for communication, reporting, and work-related applications.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location and surrounding areas.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 20000-40000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Additional Travel Allowance• for official travel.
