Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the growth of HDFC Life by driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferably in the insurance or financial services industry), excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through direct and team sales efforts.

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors (LAs) or Financial Consultants (FCs).

• Drive business through the acquisition of new clients and retention of existing customers.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide necessary guidance and support.

• Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth policy processing and customer servicing.

• Submit timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
