Job Post - Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for Savings Account & Current Account

Generate leads through field sales / references / cold calling

Meet daily/weekly/monthly CASA targets

Cross-sell banking products like FD, RD, Debit Card, Net Banking

Maintain customer relationship and ensure service support

Coordinate with branch team for account opening process

Ensure proper documentation & KYC compliance

Candidate Profile:

Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)

Good communication & convincing skills

Comfortable with field work

Banking/Finance/Sales experience preferred
