Hiring for our client: Assistant Manager – Sales (Non-Motor Insurance)Proactively identify and reach out to retail/corporate clients for non-motor insurance (fire, marine, property, liability, etc.).Assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and clearly explain policy features and benefits.Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion; prepare personalized quotes and close deals.Provide end-to-end client service from enquiry to policy issuance and after-sales support.Maintain accurate CRM records, analyze sales data, and report team performance.Guide and support Executive Sales team, handle escalated queries, and negotiate terms.Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams for seamless service.Stay updated on industry trends and participate in sales activities across segments as needed.
