Role Purpose: The Assistant Sales Manager – HoReCa will be responsible for driving on-ground sales, acquiring new clients, and supporting revenue growth across Delhi NCR. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular interaction with restaurants, cafés, hotels, and cloud kitchens to generate business and build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits across Delhi NCR to identify and acquire new HoReCa clients
Approach restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, catering units, and hotels to promote iBerlin’s product range
Assist in product presentations, sampling discussions, and client onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, outlet managers, and procurement teams
Support the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation assistance, and closure
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-ups
Gather market insights on competitor products, pricing, and demand trends
Coordinate with internal teams for efficient order processing and delivery
Ensure timely follow-ups for collections and account management
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HoReCa, food service, FMCG, or B2B field sales
Familiarity with Delhi NCR HoReCa market is highly preferred
Mandatory Requirement:
Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR
Comfortable with on-ground, in-person sales interactions on a daily basis
