Sales Manager – Life Insurance | Field Sales

Drive direct sales of life insurance products through field visits and customer meetings.

Generate new business through lead generation, referrals, and direct marketing activities.

Manage and achieve monthly/annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality policy issuance and persistency.

Recruit, train, and guide sales executives/agents to improve team productivity.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
