Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate the automobile sales team.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor leads, customer enquiries, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
Develop strategies to increase vehicle sales and dealership revenue.
Handle important customers and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and vehicle delivery departments.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Train sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines are followed.
