Sales Manager / Business Development ManagerLocation: Najafgarh Job Type: Full-timeSalary: [Amount, e.g., ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives] (Based on experience)Job Overview (काम के बारे में):हम Hunar Seekho Academy के लिए एक अनुभवी और रिजल्ट-ओरिएंटेड Sales Manager की तलाश कर रहे हैं। आदर्श उम्मीदवार वह होगा जो हमारी सेल्स टीम को लीड कर सके, मंथली टार्गेट्स पूरे करवा सके और कंपनी का रेवेन्यू (Revenue) बढ़ाने में मदद करे।Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां):Team Management: सेल्स टीम (Counselors/Executives) को मैनेज करना, उन्हें ट्रेनिंग देना और उनसे डेली रिपोर्ट लेना।Target Achievement: कंपनी के मंथली और क्वार्टरली सेल्स टार्गेट्स (Targets) को सेट करना और उन्हें समय पर पूरा करना।Lead Conversion: आने वाली लीड्स (inquiries) को एडमिशन या सेल्स में कन्वर्ट करने के लिए स्ट्रैटेजी बनाना।Reporting: मैनेजमेंट को डेली और वीकली सेल्स परफॉरमेंस रिपोर्ट सबमिट करना।Customer Relationship: पुराने और नए ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना ताकि रेफरेंस से और काम मिल सके।Market Strategy: मार्किट ट्रेंड्स को समझना और कॉम्पिटिटर्स (Competitors) से बेहतर प्लान बनाना।Required Skills & Qualifications (योग्यता और कौशल):Experience: सेल्स या मार्केटिंग में कम से कम 6 महीने का अनुभव (टीम हैंडलिंग का अनुभव जरूरी है)।Communication: हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में बात करने की बेहतरीन क्षमता (Excellent Communication Skills)।Leadership: टीम को मोटिवेट करने और उनसे काम निकलवाने की क्षमता।Problem Solving: कस्टमर की ना (rejection) को हां में बदलने की कला आनी चाहिए।Computer Knowledge: MS Excel How to Apply:अपना अपडेटेड रिज्यूमे hr.hunarseekhoindia@gmail.comपर भेजें या 9821335505 पर कॉल/व्हाट्सएप करें।
