Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors.
Train, mentor, and motivate advisors on products and sales techniques.
Support advisors in generating leads and closing life insurance business.
Drive monthly sales targets through the advisor network.
Conduct joint field visits and customer meetings with advisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors to improve productivity and retention.
Ensure advisors complete mandatory training and regulatory requirements.
Monitor advisor performance and provide regular coaching.
Organize recruitment drives, training sessions, and sales meetings.
Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–6+ years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, BFSI, or Field Sales.
