*1. Sales Manager and assistant manager– Home Loans*

*About the Role*

Drive home loan business growth in your assigned territory by sourcing, processing, and disbursing housing loans while ensuring quality portfolio and customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Business Sourcing*: Generate leads through open market, Calling and team members

- *Customer Acquisition*: Meet customers, understand loan requirements, explain products, ROI, charges, and eligibility

- *File Processing*: Collect KYC, income docs, property papers. Complete login and ensure smooth sanction process with credit team

- *Disbursement & TAT*: Coordinate with legal, technical, ops teams to ensure quick disbursal. Track TAT and resolve queries

- *Cross-sell*: Pitch insurance, LAP, balance transfer, and other BHFL products to existing customers

- *Collections Support*: Follow up for EMI in initial months to maintain portfolio quality. Zero x-bucket focus

- *Compliance*: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and company policies

*Requirements*

- *Education*: Graduate, MBA/PGDM preferred

- *Experience*: 1-5 years in mortgage sales with HFC/Bank/NBFC. Fresher with strong sales aptitude considered

- *Skills*: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship building. Target-oriented mindset

- *Other*: Should own 2-wheeler. Local market knowledge preferred

- *Location*: Subhash nagar

*Requirements*

- *Education*: Graduation/MBA/ Inter preferred. Graduate with relevant exp also eligible

- *Experience*: 1 Year in sales/ Fresher can also apply

- *Skills*: Strong analytical ability, knowledge of home loan policies, property documents, RBI norms
