Fundraising & Telecalling

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.

• Present fundraising campaigns effectively to convert leads into donations.

• Maintain donor records and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Build positive relationships with regular donors.

• Achieve monthly fundraising and telecalling targets.

Treatment & Feeding Program Coordination

• Coordinate treatment support cases, verify requirements, and gather documents.

• Support feeding programs by managing beneficiary lists and updates.

• Work closely with field teams to collect photos, videos, and case updates.

Helping Hand / Operational Support

• Assist in day-to-day operations of welfare activities.

• Support events, campaigns, outreach programs, and administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain call logs, donor reports, and case files.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports of fundraising activities.
