Job Description

Assist the Manager in planning and coordinating daily operations
Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Help implement company policies, procedures, and standards
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Prepare reports on sales, productivity, and operational performance
Support cash handling, budgeting, and basic financial controls
Step in as acting Manager when the Manager is absent
