Assistant Manager

We are hiring an Insurance Sales Advisor to guide clients in selecting insurance policies that best suit their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, strong product knowledge, and a passion for helping others make informed

Responsibilities:

• Actively sell life, health, motor, and/or general insurance policies

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, and digital outreach

• Conduct needs-based assessments and provide customized insurance solutions

• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals

• Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and claims support

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs

• Attend regular product training and stay updated on market developments.
  
  Requirements:

  • Previous sale experience is a plus (0–2 years welcome)

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

  • Target-driven mindset and ability to work independently

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
