• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options (life, health, property, casualty, etc.).

• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer needs.

• Present and explain insurance policy options and terms to clients.

• Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients.

• Process policy applications and follow up on policy renewals.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations.
  
  Qualifications:

  • (Bachelor’s degree is must

  • Proven experience in sales; insurance sales experience is a plus.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Strong customer service orientation.
