Drive primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory Expand outlet coverage, distributor network and market penetration Manage, coach and motivate Sales Officers/Executives Maintain strong distributor relationships and ensure stock availability Ensure visibility, merchandising, promotions and planogram compliance improve sales productivity through effective beat planning and route management Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes/Sales Officer reports to Demand Lead/City Lead ASM/Sales Officer handles a team of 10-12 and 15-18 BDEs.Responsible for handling GMV (Gross merchandising Value) in INR that includes driving sales through each outlet, buyer retention, grievance handling .Who has a good knowledge of buyer applications.Beat plan execution for the team Help BDEs resolve market issues, training them and guiding them for max productivity. Coordinate with the Operations team for delivery and have to resolve payment-related issues.Coordinate with the Supply team for best price and Flexibility to give daily education to BDEs in the market.Candidate should be aware about General Trade Chances to work in well known, stable E-Commerce company Bike, DL and Smartphone mandatoryMandatory In previous who handled minimum 4-5 team members
