Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Agent Recruitment & Onboarding

   • Identify, interview, and appoint potential advisors.

   • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new agents.

2. Training & Development

   • Deliver training on products, sales techniques, and compliance.

   • Mentor agents for career progression and productivity enhancements.

3. Sales Management

   • Drive sales through the agent network.

   • Ensure the achievement of business targets—premium, persistency, and agent activation.

4. Relationship Management

   • Build long-term relationships with agents and policyholders.

   • Address concerns, provide after-sales support, and maintain service standards.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

   • Track agent performance using CRM and sales tools.

   • Prepare regular performance reports and present them to leadership.

6. Compliance & Ethics

   • Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

   • Maintain a high standard of market conduct and agent integrity.

• Graduate (any discipline)

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, & marketing

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with local market and client behavior

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
