Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in daily operational and sales activities.
Supervise and guide team members to achieve departmental targets.
Conduct regular field sales meetings with customers, distributors, dealers, and prospective clients.
Visit customer locations to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the sales team.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments for timely order execution.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
Support business development initiatives and market expansion activities.
Train and mentor team members on sales processes and customer handling.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Assist in implementing strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
