Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins

  • Source and open Savings Accounts and Current Accounts as per Axis Bank guidelines.

  • Cross-sell banking products including FD, RD, loans, credit cards, and insurance

  • Increase account activation, transaction volume, and average balance (AQB)

  • Conduct customer meetings, market visits, and corporate visits for CASA sourcing

  • Coordinate with branch operations teams for smooth account servicing

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

  • Track daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports

  • Maintain compliance with RBI and internal audit requirements
