Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins

• Source and open Savings Accounts and Current Accounts as per Axis Bank guidelines

• Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition and balance growth targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers

• Ensure accurate KYC, AML, and documentation compliance during account opening

• Promote digital banking products such as mobile banking, internet banking, and debit cards

• Cross-sell banking products including FD, RD, loans, credit cards, and insurance

• Increase account activation, transaction volume, and average balance (AQB)

• Conduct customer meetings, market visits, and corporate visits for CASA sourcing

• Coordinate with branch operations teams for smooth account servicing

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

• Track daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports

• Maintain compliance with RBI and internal audit requirements

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
